Terms and Conditions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the company’s terms and conditions. “Kaoli”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Ab Kaoli Oy (business id: 3010411-8). Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

License

Unless otherwise stated, Kaoli and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Kaoli. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from http://www.kaoli.fi for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  1. Republish material from http://www.kaoli.fi
  2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from http://www.kaoli.fi
  3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from http://www.kaoli.fi

Redistribute content from Kaoli (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

 

Terms of Ordering

The customer must be minimum 18 years old. The customer must disclose his/her delivery address and required additional information such as e-mail and phone number. The products in the shopping cart are not reserved for the customer until after the order has been completed in the webshop’s checkout and the order confirmation has been sent to the customer via e-mail.

 

Prices and Currency

All prices in our web shop are in Euros and include the value-added tax (24%). We reserve the rights to change the prices and discounts.

 

Payment methods

Kaoli’s products can be purchased using any of the methods listed on the page Payment Methods.

 

Shipping

Kaoli strives to send all products within 7-14 days from receiving the order. When the order has been sent, the customer will receive confirmation.

Kaoli has the right to reject a customer’s order in specific cases. Kaoli does not guarantee the immediate availability of all products in the web shop.

Kaoli is not accountable for any inconvenience caused by the exceeding of the estimated delivery time.

The shipping costs are determined by the size of the order and the delivery address. You will find the shipping costs at the web store checkout before accepting the final order, as well as additional information on the Shipping page.

 

Returns

The customer has the right to return the products they have ordered within 14 days of receiving the order. The products that are returned need to be unused and in the same condition in which they were sent. The products should be repackaged close to the same way they were packaged when they arrived.

The customer is required to handle the returned items carefully as to ensure they remain in condition to be resold. If the product has been damaged or handled without caution, the product is no longer returnable.

If the return concerns products that were broken or faulty on delivery, Kaoli will replace said product(s) free of charge.

 

Color, Texture and Size Variance

Due to Kaoli’s products being hand crafted, small variances in color and texture as well as minor variance in size between individual tiles may be present. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer accepts the presence of aforementioned variances.

 

Faulty Products

Kaoli’s products go through careful quality control before being shipped to the customer.

If the customer does receive a faulty product or an incomplete order, they are required to claim compensation through Kaoli’s customer service within 7 days of receiving the order.

The customer is required to state the reason regarding the complaint. If the faulty product is delivered back to Kaoli, the complaint will be handled and the product will be exchanged for a new one as soon as possible or refunded within 14 days.

If the customer receives an incomplete order, Kaoli will send the missing items as soon as possible, free of charge.

Kaoli accounts for any possible faults in the products in accordance to the Finnish legislation and follows the recommendations of the Consumer Authority. In cases of dispute, you may consult the complaint board at www.kuluttajariita.fi or by phone: +35829 566 5200.
